Chardonnay Sparkling I.G.P. Trevenezie

The Chardonnay Frizzante I.G.P. Trevenezie enhances an internationally famous grape variety. In Veneto, it finds an ideal Terroir, and the final result is a high-quality semi-sparkling wine that faithfully reflects the production principles of the Corte Bacaro winemaking tradition.

The vinification starts from steel tanks at a controlled temperature and with the addition of selected yeasts.
After the second racking, we continue pumping over, placing the wine in contact with the noble lees, for a period not exceeding two months. The natural refermentation occurs with selected yeasts in an autoclave for twenty-five days.
