Bacaro Rosso is a Semi-sparkling red wine that enhances the raw materials of the Venetian territory. The processes are controlled in detail.
Fermentation takes place with selected yeasts and with the help of steel tanks.
The maceration on the skins lasts between 5 and 7 days, and the alcoholic fermentation lasts about 15 days at a controlled temperature.
These steps are followed by the storage in steel tanks and the natural refermentation with selected yeasts in an autoclave for 25/30 days.
