Corte Bacaro Rosato I.G.P. is a semi-sparkling wine with an unmistakable scent. It is a fresh wine suitable for many occasions, produced with great attention to the tiniest details. The vinification of Corte Bacaro Sparkling rosé wine occurs through the maceration of Refosco grapes. After about 24 hours, the racking follows before proceeding with the fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature and with selected yeasts.
Storage, at a controlled temperature, takes place in steel tanks. After the refinement, the refermentation follows, which is the final phase of semi-sparkling rosé wine production. It takes place naturally, with the help of selected yeasts and lasts for 20-25 days in an autoclave.
